Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By completing a reservation
through our website or FareHarbor booking system, you agree to the terms outlined below.
These terms govern your experience with Mauka Warriors Luau and exist to make sure
everyone, guests and our team alike, knows what to expect.
1. About Mauka Warriors Luau
Mauka Warriors Luau LLC is a locally owned and operated Hawaiian luau and Polynesian
cultural entertainment company based in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii. We are proud members of the
Polynesian community and US military community here on Oahu.

2. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations are made through our online booking system, powered by FareHarbor. By
completing a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with Mauka Warriors Luau LLC.
FareHarbor acts as the payment processor only and is not a party to your reservation
agreement with us.
We welcome last-minute reservations as long as availability exists and your group can arrive in
time for the start of the luau. That said, we always recommend booking in advance to secure
your spot.
Ticket prices, show schedules, available dates, and package inclusions are subject to change at
any time. The price and details displayed at the time of your booking are what apply to your
reservation.
3. Ticket Pricing and Age Categories
Ticket pricing is based on age at the time of the event. Current pricing is displayed on our
booking calendar and is subject to change.
• Adults: Ages 21 and over
• Youth: Ages 13 through 20
• Children: Ages 5 through 12
• Infants: Ages 4 and under, admitted free of charge
Children ages 5 through 12 receive discounted pricing. Infants 4 and under are free. All guests,
regardless of age, must have a confirmed reservation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is how our cancellation policy works:
Standard Cancellations (without Trip Protection):
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled luau and you will receive a full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours of your luau and no refund will be issued.
• No-shows, meaning guests who do not arrive and do not contact us to cancel, will not
receive a refund of any kind.
Trip Protection (Optional Add-On):
Trip Protection is available as an optional add-on at 5% of your booking total. It’s offered through
FareHarbor during checkout. If you purchase Trip Protection and cancel by 5:00 PM HST on the
day of your scheduled luau, you’ll receive a 100% refund minus the cost of Trip Protection and
any processing fees.
If we cancel your reservation for any reason, including weather-related cancellations, you will
receive a full refund regardless of whether you purchased Trip Protection.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by calling or texting us at (808)
646-3945.
Gift Cards:
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Weather and Show Changes
Our luau takes place outdoors. In the event of rain, the show will continue as planned. If severe
weather conditions occur that make it unsafe to continue, we may reschedule or cancel the
event.
If we cancel due to weather or any other reason outside your control, we will notify guests as
soon as possible and provide full refunds or rescheduling options.
Show schedules, available days, and event programming are subject to change. Please check
our booking calendar for current availability.
6. Arrival and Late Entry
Check-in begins at 4:45 PM. Luau grounds open at 5:00 PM. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM. The
main show begins at 7:30 PM and runs until approximately 8:45 PM.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the luau to allow time for
check-in, seating, and exploring the grounds.
Late arrivals are welcome but guests who arrive after pre-show activities have begun may miss
cultural experiences including lei making, hula lessons, cooking demonstrations, and other
activities. We are not able to offer refunds or discounts due to late arrival.
7. Transportation
Round-trip transportation from the Waikiki area is available for an additional $30 per person for
all ticket tiers. Infants under 5 ride free. Transportation can be added during booking by
selecting a “With Transportation” ticket option.
Round-trip transportation from Ko Olina is complimentary and departs from four pickup
locations:
• Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina: 4:00 PM
• Aulani Disney Resort and Spa: 4:10 PM
• Beach Villas at Ko Olina AOAO: 4:20 PM
• Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club: 4:30 PM
ADA-accessible vehicles are available with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Please

Complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests.
8. Food, Dietary Restrictions, and Alcohol
Our luau includes an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian buffet featuring traditional island dishes.
Vegetarian alternatives are available at no extra charge. If you have dietary restrictions or food
allergies, please note them at the time of booking so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Alcoholic beverages are available at the luau. Alcohol service is limited to guests ages 21 and
over. Valid photo identification is required. Guests who are 21 and over will receive a wristband
upon check-in to confirm their eligibility for alcohol service.
9. Photography and Recording
Please note that Mauka Warriors Luau may photograph or record guests during the event for
use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional content. By attending, you consent to
this use. If you have concerns, please contact us at marketing@maukawarriorsluau.com prior to
your visit.
10. Accessibility
Mauka Warriors Luau is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests.
ADA-accessible transportation is available with 48 hours advance notice. If you have specific
accessibility needs, please contact us before your visit at reservations@maukawarriorsluau.com
or (808) 646-3945 so we can best prepare for your arrival.
11. Safety Notice
This show contains flashing lights, fire effects, and dynamic lighting. Guests with
photosensitivity, epilepsy, or light-related sensitivities should take appropriate precautions.
12. Payments and Third-Party Processors
All payments are processed securely through FareHarbor and may include Afterpay as a
payment option. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of those
payment platforms. Mauka Warriors Luau LLC does not store your payment information.
A booking fee charged by FareHarbor may apply and will be clearly displayed before you
complete your purchase. This fee is non-refundable in most circumstances per FareHarbor’s
own terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Mauka Warriors Luau LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or damages
arising from attendance at our events except where required by applicable law. Guests attend at
their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of minors in their care.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises for disruptive, unsafe, or
inappropriate behavior without a refund.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will
always be posted on our website with the date of the last update. Your continued use of our
booking system after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
