We know many people have limited time here in Hawaii to experience a Luau. For this reason, the Luau runs in rain or shine.
Our reservations department will contact you if there is a cancellation due to weather. See cancellation policy.
You can enter the last names of any parties or separate reservations that you are joining at the Luau if you would like to be seated together. If you have already made your reservation and need to add this request, please email us at info@maukawarriorsluau.com or send us a live chat message here on the site!
Yes, we do! Our vegetarian option is Wild Rice Pilaf. It’s a flavorful dish made with seasoned wild rice, shiitake mushrooms, and soy bean curd. You can find it on our buffet line.
We understand that plans change:
- If you purchase Trip Protection: You can cancel up until 5:00 PM HST on the day of the luau for a full refund of the package price, excluding the cost of the protection and processing fees.
- To receive a full refund without Trip Protection: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled luau.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours without Trip Protection, or failure to attend (no-shows) without prior notification, will not be refunded.
