We collect information in a few different ways depending on how you interact with us.
Information You Give Us Directly:
When you make a reservation, contact us, or sign up for anything, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the names of guests in your party, dietary restrictions or accessibility needs you share with us, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Through Booking:
All reservations are processed through FareHarbor, a third-party booking platform. FareHarbor collects and processes your payment information, including credit card details, on our behalf. We do not store your payment information directly. FareHarbor’s own Privacy Policy governs how they handle your data. Afterpay is also available as a payment option and is governed by Afterpay’s own Privacy Policy.
Job Applicant Information:
If you submit your information or resume through our careers page, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, work history, and resume contents. This information is used solely for evaluating potential employment opportunities and is retained so we can contact you if a relevant position opens. You may request deletion of your applicant information at any time.
Information Collected Automatically:
When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies. Google Tag Manager:
We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy tracking tags across our website. It does not collect personal data itself but enables the tools above to function.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API:
We use Meta’s advertising pixel and server-side Conversions API to track visitor behavior and measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This technology may collect information about your browsing activity on our site and link it to your Facebook or Instagram profile if you’re logged in. FareHarbor:
Our booking system is powered by FareHarbor. When you complete a reservation, your personal and payment information is processed by FareHarbor as a data processor on our behalf. After your reservation is confirmed, FareHarbor shares your booking information with us so we can prepare for your visit.
Afterpay:
We offer Afterpay as a payment option. If you choose Afterpay, your information is shared with Afterpay to process your installment payment. Afterpay’s Privacy Policy governs how they use your data.
Our website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you on return visits, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with our site.

Our website is served over SSL encryption, and payment information is handled entirely by FareHarbor and Afterpay using industry-standard encryption.
